I use a diet app on my iPhone

I am allowed 1500 calories a day to keep my weight.  I have to write down what I eat, the exercise I do, my weight and fat ratio. Then the app gives me points and a message of the day.  The borderline is 70 out of 100 points. It is quite difficult.

I can only have up to 200 calories for sweets (it is too hard, rarely achieved). I often have a message that I don’t get enough protein.

When I have a low calorie breakfast and lunch, I get a message “Very well done, why don’t you go to a restaurant for dinner?”  It is not easy to find a low-calorie meal in a restaurant.

I prefer having a big lunch and light dinner, because that makes it easier to control the calories.
