夫はずっとマイ・ボニーをマイ・ボディと思っていたそうです。大笑いしました。歌の意味が全然変わってしまいますね。

“My Bonnie Lies over the Ocean” is a traditional Scottish folk song.
It is very famous even in Japan.
I laughed a lot when my husband told me that he thought it was “My body” not “My Bonnie”. It changed the meaning of the song quite a bit.
