Salt 塩

I always feel thirsty after eating out

It seems that restaurant meals contain a lot of salt.

When I cook something, I use hardly any salt at all, and much less than the receipt says.  For example, when making bread, I add 3g instead of 6g.  Soup stock already contains salt, so I don’t add any additional salt when I make soup.

Soy sauce contains a lot of salt too, so I don’t use it much.  We used to buy 700ml of low salt soy sauce, but 200ml is enough for a few years.  It even expires before we finish it.
