I reset Amazon echo dot
It was impossible to use Amazon echo dot in English with a Japanese Amazon account. So I made an Amazon account in the USA and set up an echo dot with it.
It became 100% English and I could change Fahrenheit in Celsius, but it couldn’t remember our location in Japan at all. If I asked the weather at our current location, it told us the weather of Cocoa Beach, Florida. I tried to set the address again and finally it recognized my address in Japan.
I would like install the skills from now on.
アマゾンエコードットの設定をやり直しました
日本のアマゾンアカウントを使って英語で使うのは無理がありました。それでアメリカのアマゾンアカウントを作り、それを使ってエコードットを設定しました。
無事英語になり、華氏を摂氏にもできたのですが、どうしても日本のロケーションを覚えてくれません。天気を聞くと、フロリダのココアビーチの天気を教えてくれます。何度も住所を入れ直し、やっと日本の住所を認識してくれました。
これからスキルを増やしていきたいと思います。
