I still don’t know if I should try to run the recovery on my PC or buy a new one.
I tried to fix my PC, but it seems not possible. The only way left is to run the recovery. I would need a lot of time to get it back to where it was before it broke, including installation of all the drivers and applications. I’m afraid that it may break again because I can’t run any hardware test now.
If I get a new PC, at least there would be much less chance of it breaking again soon.
Also, if I run the recovery, my PC will be Windows 8. I found some sites showing how to install Windows 10 for free, but I’m not sure if that is a good idea. Also I don’t remember if I liked Windows 8.

データを消さずに修復しようとしましたが、無理なようです。あとはリカバリーだけになりました。データが消え、ドライバやソフトのインストールにかなりの時間がかかるでしょう。悩んでいるのはハードウエアのテストができないので、またすぐに壊れる可能性があるということです。
少なくても新しいPCなら、すぐに壊れる可能性は少ないと思います。
またリカバリー後はWindows8になります。無償でWindows10にする方法を説明するサイトはいくつか見つけましたが、アップグレードすべきでしょうか。でもWindows8が好きだったかどうか覚えていないのです。
