We are given a lot of Kiwi fruit every year
My sister sends me a box full of Kiwis and also one of our neighbors gives us a lot every year.
We couldn’t eat them all before they got soft, so I made Kiwi jam and kept it in the freezer.
This year I eat 2 kiwis every morning, as I read an article that said the best time to eat kiwi is before the meal.
I still need to make some kiwi jam, but it looks like much less than last year.
毎年キウイをたくさん貰います
姉が庭になるキウイを箱いっぱい送ってくれ、お隣さんのひとりも毎年おすそ分けしてくれます。
柔らかくなる前に食べ切れないので、甘さ控えめジャムにして冷凍保存していました。
今年は「食事の前にキウイを食べるとよい」という記事を読んだので、朝食前に２つ食べることにしました。
まだジャムを作らないとなりませんが、去年よりは少なくなりそうです。
