We rode the subway in Singapore this time.
By taxi is easy, but there was a subway station only a few minutes walk from our hotel so we decided to try it.
It took some time to get the first ticket as the machine was out of order. Once we knew how to use it, it was easy. I could download the smartphone app “Transit” so that we knew where to change beforehand.
We are sure that we will ride the subway next time if we have a chance to visit Singapore again.
今回はシンガポールで地下鉄を利用しました。
タクシーは楽ですが、泊まったホテルの近くに地下鉄の駅があったので、何回か乗ってみました。
自動販売機が壊れていたので最初に切符を買う時に手こずりましたが、慣れてしまえば楽でした。「Transit」という乗換案内のアプリをダウンロードできたので、前もってルートがわかっていたので安心でした。
もしまたシンガポールに行くことがあったら、また利用すると思います。
