We bake whole wheat bread at home
My husband likes whole wheat bread. We used to buy it in Tokyo, but sometimes they were sold out when we got to the shop after work, so we decided to bake bread at home.
With a bread machine, it is so easy and not expensive. There is no shop that sells whole wheat flour nearby, but so we buy it through the internet.
A recipe book came with the machine. There is no need to add sugar or butter to the bread. Our bread is not white or soft. It’s dark and crispy, but we like it.
家で全粒粉パンを焼いています
夫は全粒粉パンが好きです。東京に住んでいたころはお店で勝手いた時期もありましたが、仕事帰りによると売り切れていたこともあり、ホームベーカリーを買いました。
ただ材料を入れるだけ！簡単だし安いです。このあたりでは全粒粉を売っている店は近くにはありませんが、ネットで注文できるので問題ありません。
ホームベーカリーにレシピ―ブックがついてきました。それによると砂糖やバターは必要ありません。パンはソフトではなくどちらかというとパサパサしていますが、気に入っています。
