We had a lot of blueberries this year.
Two of the neighbours told us to pick blueberries in their gardens and we did 3 times. Altogether we picked nearly 4kg.
At the market where we often go, they sell blueberries. The price is about 1000 yen for 500g. It is not hard to grow blueberries, but it takes time to pick them one by one.
Unfortunately, we haven’t had a lot of sunny days so they are not very sweet. I made some jam and I will make more to keep in the freezer.
今年はたくさんのブルーベリーをいただきました。
お隣さん2軒から「採りに来て」と誘われ、3回ほどお邪魔しました。全部で4キロ近くを採らせてもらいました。
良く行く野菜の直売所でも売っています。500グラムで1000円ぐらいです。ブルーベリーは育てるのは難しくありませんが、一つ一つ採るのが手間です。
今年は日照不足でブルーベリーがあまり甘くありません。たくさんジャムを作りましたが、まだたくさんあるのでもっと作って冷凍しておく予定です。
