It is still May, but apparently the temperature is as high as in July.
I’m afraid that we might have a hot summer. I remember that we had the same conversation last year: ”It is hot. Should we have the air-conditioner on? If we do now, we won’t be able to survive the hot summer!” I don’t remember which month it was.
Well, it is still 27 degrees inside the house without the air-conditioner. It is rather cool outside at night. There are still some houses without air-conditioners around here. The winter is rather cold here, so I hate to have hot summer.
We went for a walk in the evening when it became a bit cooler, but we sweat a lot after walking for 40 minutes. We had better walk early in the morning, but I’m not sure if we can get up early enough.
5月だというのに7月の暑さだそうです。
明日からは少しは涼しくなるようですが、今年の夏は暑くなるのでしょうか。確か去年も「暑いね、エアコンつける？」「今から使ったら夏を乗り切れないよ。」という会話をした覚えがあります。あれは何月だったのでしょうか。
暑い暑いと言っても家の中は冷房なしで27℃、夜になると気温が下がり、外は涼しくなります。このあたりではエアコンのない家もまだまだあるようです。確かに冬は寒いので夏も暑かったらやり切れません。
夕方涼しくなってから散歩に行きましたが、40分ほど歩いただけでかなり汗をかきました。これからは散歩は早朝が良いのですが、さて起きられるか・・・？
